Game 26: RSL @ SJ: I need your help!

Since the game was on stupid HDNet, I was unable to watch it, and therefore cannot give player grades for the game. So I'm asking you out there in internet-land, if you saw the game will you please post your player grades for the game in the comments? Also feel free to post a name (or screen name) and a website or anything you want to mention and I will try to give you a shoutout. I would really appreciate the help guys! After a couple days I will average any scores I get and post the results. Thanks again for the help!

By the way, HUGE win for RSL. Perhaps this team has the playoffs in it after all...

Also, here is a list of the players from the game, to make things easy on you:
Nick Rimando
Chris Wingert
Nat Borchers
Jamison Olave
Ian Joy
Robbie Russell
Kyle Beckerman
Javier Morales
(Andy Williams 76)
Will Johnson
Clint Mathis
(Robbie Findley 69)
Yura Movsisyan
(Kenny Deuchar 82)

Nick Rimando- 4 Poorly spilled ball for an almost goal, a soft goal (Hucks 2nd).. its not like there was that much space to cover.
Chris Wingert- 6 The reason why Huck did not have many more goals.
Nat Borchers- 4 What the heck are you thinking? You're too slow to be trying to be Jamison. I promise you can be in the commercial.
Jamison Olave -5 Do Jamison and Nat need counseling? The center d is misfiring bad.
Ian Joy- 6 Did his job. SJ did not have much space on his wing.
Robbie Russell- 5 Some nice runs but Robbie stay where you belong on wing.
Kyle Beckerman- 6 Yeoman work, calmed the team.
Javier Morales- 8 Freaken a he was on. Too bad for him that game did not happen before the new contract.
(Andy Williams 76)- 6 Can anyone take the ball away from Andy?
Will Johnson- 5 Nice runs but RSL midfield shape sucks with he and Robbie running all over.
Clint Mathis- 5 A few hints that he can still do it but asking him to do it for the first 69 minutes was... well... goofy.
(Robbie Findley 69)- 5 Robbie watch 2002 World Cup US versus Mexico to learn how to be a perfect pinata from one Cobi Jones.
Yura Movsisyan- 8 If he ever develops a dipping shot from outside the box its gonna be great. His second goal was sick.
(Kenny Deuchar 82)- NR If RSL had pressed for a fourth goal I think Kenny had unsettled SJ center enough to give RSL many opportunities.

This is the time of year I knew RSL would be missing Mr. Mantilla. Look for Dr. Goals to get the start in NE as RSL attempts to by pass Mr. Joseph. RSL better sort out the midfield shape.

I don't grade 1-10. I start out giving average marks to everyone and go up & down from there.

Nick Rimando ++
He gave up two goals. but he made plenty of stops. I dodn't gave as many negative marks because most of the blame for the goals scored go to the centerbacks.

Chris Wingert +

Nat Borchers --
too many central defender lapses.

Jamison Olave ---
what will it take to get him to stop the mental lapses?

Ian Joy

Robbie Russell

Kyle Beckerman +

Javier Morales +++

(Andy Williams 76) +
he can eat clock like no other

Will Johnson ++

Clint Mathis

(Robbie Findley 69)

Yura Movsisyan +++

(Kenny Deuchar 82)

It was a win. It was an important win but I hesitate to call it a quality win.

How many times have we had a result not because we could score, but because the defense was so solid that we didn't need much from the offence? Is the tide turning?
